Kevin Coker: 2023 Recipient of the Richard E. Herman Leadership Award

Filled with utmost delight and happiness, we at Restoring Justice Organization is pleased to announce that our Chief Attorney, Kevin Coker, was chosen as the 2023 recipient of Richard E. Herman Leadership Award from the We Raise Foundation, an inspiring reflection of his dedication in leading a fight against inequality, poverty, and social violence.

We Raise Foundation was known to be a non-governmental organization that promotes actions solving the grassroots of recurring poverty and worsening inequality in our community. And annually, the foundation selects promising leaders who championed this vision, someone who leads people in the march towards social justice and development. This year, the spotlight arrives on the door of Restoring Justice after its leader, Kevin Coker received the said recognition, at which the We Raise Foundation honored our chief attorney as somebody who has shown excellence in giving client-centered representation that’s free and holistic.

Kevin, in response, showed grace and accepted the award with the belief that the recognition equates to a massive community’s belief on Restoring Justice’s work to combat mass incarceration across our country’s borders.
